A lot has happened since the new portal was launched in March 2016: from the renaming of the former debtor portal and the integration of new payment methods to live chats and cross-media links with the 'classic' reminder letter. Debtors can now use the platform on all end devices and pay in just 90 seconds – this is real value-added!

As part of an interdisciplinary team, we are constantly developing the EOS service portal both in Germany and for our international companies: new payment methods, the integration of language assistants, screen control with a blink of an eye – who knows?
