The Strategy & Consulting division performs important tasks in the area of corporate management. We do the right thing to secure the success of the EOS Group in the long term. To this end, we prepare IT strategies, IT product development plans and IT investment portfolios both for us and for our customers. Our recipe for strategic, tactical and operational success is based on two principles. Firstly, we aim to maintain a close collaborative relationship between Strategy & Consulting and the divisions within EOS Technology. Secondly, we are consistent in our representation of our customers’ interests. In this context, Account Management builds a bridge between them and IT.
At the same time, we help our customers to do the right thing by using governance processes from the enterprise architecture and portfolio management. Our experienced IT project managers also supervise internal and group-wide projects on the basis of different process models. They assist customers with the clarification, analysis and conception of orders. They are also responsible for the entire planning and execute projects reliably. Our strengths include identifying common dependencies, anticipating problems and solving them by way of our independence and neutral approach.
The high success rate of our projects proves that we not only approach the right projects, but also implement them optimally.
