Our job in the International Consulting & Collaboration division is to connect the employees of the EOS Group worldwide. Our tools and ideas facilitate the communication and simplify the workflows among the companies, colleagues and within projects. In this way, we create the basis for successful collaboration within the EOS companies
and provide our customers within the Group with the desired solutions and drive the digital transformation. To ensure we are successful in this undertaking, we prepare and develop international product and IT strategies for our guiding principles as well as for our national and international customers.

At EOS Technology, we generally work with a high level of independence. This allows product teams to act in flat hierarchies on an international level and to be fully responsible for their products.
Various agile methods and models such as Design Thinking thus form the basis of our actions. They coordinate the procedure to match the individual needs and requirements of our customers. This allows us to always provide the best option for our Group.

The International Account and Project Management team forms the link between the EOS companies and EOS Technology Solutions. Besides its main focus on implementing operational projects such as core system migrations and strategic projects and roll-outs of solutions developed by EOS Technology Solutions, International Account Management also assists customers within the Group with all their questions and requirements.
The Collaboration & Digital Workplace teams make sure that the employees of the EOS Group can work together with greater ease and efficiency. To do so, we have developed a collaboration platform and deal with the Group’s new needs.
This allows us and our customers to share information and knowledge with all EOS companies across national borders and system boundaries and to shape the workplace of the future in an increasingly digitalised world.
In the Global Applications, we provide the basis for the general ledger area, including payment systems. We also refine the systems in cooperation with our customers to ensure that the payment processes run smoothly and in a time-based manner.
